Beyond Environment explores the relationship between art and architecture, in Italy and America in the Sixties and Seventies. Starting from the environmental research establishes a comparison between Italian environments, represented by the actions in the public space of the radical Superarchitettura and the environment defined by American artists.
In particular relates the research of Gianni Pettena with Allan Kaprow, Robert Smithson, Gordon Matta-Clark, UFO, Ugo La Pietra, 9999, Pietro Derossi and Superstudio.
