Beatriz building is an example of those projects that passed by with little critical fortune on the date of its construction, but which time has come to endorse a consistent and rigorous approach, insensitive to the heat of first day focuses, and instead, much more concerned about an aspiration of durability in architecture. Moreover also in our days becomes relevant a publication on the work of Eleuterio Población, architect truly unique in our cultural geography, endowed with a very little known talent and consequently, little published. Insensitive to fashion and, instead, very concerned about the development of the profession of builder in its noblest sense, the figure increases- like that of their buildings- with hindsight.
