Exit #81. Negritud Blackness

Una mirada hacia y desde la negritud. En EXIT 81 hemos tratado de abordar desde una sensibilidad amplia y compleja el tema de la negritud. Para ello, se ha partido de premisas como la construcción del cuerpo (político) negro dese la imagen, la consciencia de la negritud como identidad o la expresión y experiencia de un racismo estructural presente en la sociedad. En EXIT 81 se demuestra como a pesar de que nadie es absolutamente negro ni, mucho menos, absolutamente blanco, el color parece importar demasiado.

A look towards and from blackness. In EXIT 81 we have addressed the subject of blackness from a broad and complex sensibility. Throughout the issue, we have dealt with notions such as the construction of the (political) black body, the awareness of blackness as identity or the expression and experience of the ever-present structural racism. EXIT 81 shows that, despite nobody is neither absolutely black nor purely white, colour seems to draw too much attention.
