The monograph of the architect José Carlos Nunes de Oliveira is part of the set of author monographs that Uzina Books has come to edit since 2010. This special edition serves to show the work of a young architect born in 1973 with a title by ESAP in 1998 and that, since 2000, he is part of the team of Álvaro Siza’s office.
This monographic work is supported on the one hand, by a critical analysis made by some strong names in the universe of architecture such as Siza, Nuno Mateus or Fran Sivestre; and on the other hand, by a substantial sample of works and projects developed since 1996. Of particular note in this selection are the single-family homes and the core of pieces of furniture designed by the author.
